The Samsung i8 was recently unveiled — It’s an 8.1 mega-pixel camera with a 2.7-inch touch screen LCD, and it comes with Personal Multimedia Player (PMP) with integrated MP3 player.

The i8 has an in-built World Tour Guide, as they call it, which is a function that provides instant access to travel info covering 2,600 regions in 30 countries. And with its 195 MB of internal memory you needn’t worry about space.

The i8 comes with the Samsung Digital Image Stabilization system and ISO 1600 high sensitivity support, so all images will remain crisp and detailed, even when you’re not using the flash.

The Samsung i8 will retail at £149 and will be available from leading high street and online retailers from February 2008.
